Prices may change if additional work, conditions, or materials are required.

We will notify you if pricing adjustments are necessary before proceeding.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can communicate regarding confirmations, updates, and service details.

If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

4. Payments

Payment is due at or before service completion unless otherwise stated.

We may require deposits or prepayment for certain services.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation, late fees, or collections.

5. Cancellations / Rescheduling

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the service area

• Disclose relevant issues or hazards

• Keep pets secured

• Ensure someone is available for communication if necessary

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to lack of access.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your service, notify us within a reasonable timeframe and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Pre-existing damage

• Work not included in the agreed scope

• Situations outside our control

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Today’s Home Services is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

• Damages due to misuse or failure to follow recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Property Access & Damage

We take reasonable care to perform services safely.

However, you acknowledge that normal service work may involve inherent risks.

Pre-existing damage or faulty materials are not our responsibility.

If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Communications Consent
